Crew Recruitment

Our Isle of Man based recruitment team ‘Döhle Yacht Crew‘ is a member of the Professional Yachting Association and has been inspected and certified by the Isle of Man Ship Registry for Compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention.

Döhle Travel

Working closely with the captain and/or purser on board the yacht, we can ensure all travel arrangements are made for departing and incoming crew, as well as end of contract repatriation obligations, via our affiliate company, Döhle Travel.

Maritime Compliance

We work closely with our Maritime Compliance department who develop the safety and security management services for some of our clients, ensuring that they provide the focus for all regulatory flag state and classification matters.
